  • Dated

    Rents and specials, dated

Before a place goes on your list, we confirm its price, specials and availability with the community, and every rent or special we publish shows the date we checked it.

  • Net price

We compare the price after specials

Many Dallas-Fort Worth communities are offering weeks of free rent right now. We compare what you would really pay over the lease, after specials and fees, and tell you what each special requires before you apply.

How it works

How do the move and the cash work?

At participating communities, on leases of 12 months or more. At $1,200+ rent you choose 3 hours of moving with our affiliated mover, Polaris Moving Company LLC, or cash: $400 if you found the place and registered it with us first, $200 if we search for you. Under $1,200: $200 cash. Ask us before you visit, call or apply: we confirm in writing whether the community participates and what your reward is. Cash is sent after the community pays us.

Will you only show me the ones that pay you more?

No. We work for you, the renter. Steering a client toward a property for our own benefit is a breach of a broker duty in Texas, not a matter of preference. If you rule an option out, tell us in writing and it stays out. We work with communities that pay locator fees. If a place you want doesn’t, we tell you, and you can still rent it on your own.

Can you help if I am moving from another city?

Yes. Tell us where you will work and how you get around, and we narrow the search by phone, text or email before you arrive.

Do you work in Spanish and Korean?

Yes. A licensed agent works with you in Spanish or Korean, from the first message to move-in day. All renters welcome.
